Minneapolis – CorTalent, a national boutique recruitment and retention consulting firm, announces the appointment of new Chief Operating Officer Todd Johnson as well as several other organizational changes as a result of creating a new and innovative business model to meet the growing needs of their privately held business clients.

To stay innovative through its continued growth, Nutting plans to spend her time continuing to work on the future of the company and will spend less time running the day-to-day operations. Todd Johnson has been named as the company’s new chief operating officer. Todd oversees the development and delivery of the company’s service offerings and manages the teams that executes them. “Todd is a phenomenal coach and mentor and has passion for building client relationships and ensuring our customers are receiving the greatest service and results possible,” Nutting explains.
