IMPORTANT COVID-19 UPDATE FROM YOUR CORTALENT TEAM

Minneapolis – CorTalent, a national boutique recruitment and retention consulting firm, announces the appointment of new Chief Operating Officer Todd Johnson as well as several other organizational changes as a result of creating a new and innovative business model to meet the growing needs of their privately held business clients.

“CorTalent has never been a traditional search firm and we never will be. Our clients are experiencing fast growth and change so we need to move fast and be nimble to support them,” explains CEO Mary Nutting. “Aside from our exclusive retained search services, we offer project-based and hourly recruitment support, recruitment process consulting, and individual and team talent assessments to help our client partners reach their full TALENT potential. We help our clients get the RIGHT person in the RIGHT seat at the RIGHT time.”

To stay innovative through its continued growth, Nutting plans to spend her time continuing to work on the future of the company and will spend less time running the day-to-day operations. Todd Johnson has been named as the company’s new chief operating officer. Todd oversees the development and delivery of the company’s service offerings and manages the teams that executes them. “Todd is a phenomenal coach and mentor and has passion for building client relationships and ensuring our customers are receiving the greatest service and results possible,” Nutting explains.

Todd Johnson explains how the company is restructuring its internal teams to align with its new business model.

As we position CorTalent for continue growth and foster a culture of career advancement, we have created new roles for our Talent Partners and have changed their overall responsibilities. Our Talent Partners are passionate about matching the right candidate with the company of their dreams and being a true partner with our client hiring managers. Our recruiters are not paid to get new searches but rather to help these organizations attract and retain the Talent of their dreams. We have also reorganized our Talent Partners around the specialty practice areas they are most experienced with and passionate about. This allows them to not only focus on building their own candidate pipeline but to have a deeper awareness of the growing challenges we are all facing in this new world of recruiting.

As part of this initiative, CorTalent also announces several other key organizational changes and hires to better serve its customers, including:

  • Andrew Kuderer as Sr. Client Success Manager
