As a Talent Partner and Social Media Strategist, no two days are alike. On the recruiting side, I focus on learning our client’s businesses, understanding the position they are looking to fill, and finding them top talent. In addition to recruiting, I am responsible for defining and executing CorTalent’s social media strategy. I focus on managing and growing CorTalent’s business presence across various social media platforms. I leverage measurement tools to provide insight as to what posts are most effective and when. I am constantly looking to learn new initiatives and market trends that will help promote the CorTalent brand.
What is your favorite thing about working at CorTalent?
My favorite part about working at CorTalent is undoubtedly the people. Everyone on our team brings something special and unique to the table. As a team, we are in constant collaboration on new ideas, concepts, and trends that will help us grow our business. This approach enables each one of us to grow personally and professionally.
